Grants Scheme Announcement

It is with great disappointment that The Swimathon Foundation announces the postponement of their Community Grants Scheme for 2020. Unfortunately, the current status of swimming provision in the UK, as a result of coronavirus, means it is very difficult to allocate funding for this calendar year.

However, The Swimathon Foundation’s determination to support worthy aquatics causes across the country remains a key pillar of their work and the scheme will return in 2021. The Swimathon Foundation will be in touch through relevant organisations in due course, once the 2021 Community Grants Scheme is ready for applications.

The Swimathon Foundation are aware that the aquatics community are facing a hugely difficult period of time. The Swimathon Foundation launched a COVID-19 Relief Fund in May 2020 for small aquatic organisations to apply for. All applicants will hear by Friday 5 June as to whether their applications were granted funding.
